Yahushua
Question: "Why do people reject Yahushua as their saviour?"
Answer: The decision to accept or reject Yahushua as saviour is the ultimate life
decision.
Why do many people choose to reject Yahushua as
saviour? There are perhaps as many different reasons for rejecting Yahushua as there are people who
reject Him, but the following four reasons can serve as general categories.
1) Some people do not think they need a
saviour. These people consider themselves to be “basically good” and do not realize that they, like all
people, are sinners who cannot come to Adonai on their own terms. But Yahushua said, “I am the way, the
truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). Those who reject Yahushua will not
be able to stand before Adonai and successfully plead their own case on their own merits.
2) The fear of social rejection or persecution deters
some people from receiving Yahushua as saviour. The unbelievers in John 12:42-43 would not confess
Yahushua because they were more concerned with their status among their peers than doing Adonai’s will. These were
the Pharisees whose love of position and the esteem of others blinded them, “for they loved the approval of men
rather than the approval of Adonai.”
3) For some people, the things that the present world
has to offer are more appealing than eternal things. We read the story of such a man in Matthew
19:16-23. This man was not willing to lose his earthly possessions in order to gain an eternal relationship with
Yahushua (see also 2 Corinthians 4:16-18).
4) Many people are simply resisting the Holy Spirit’s attempts to draw them to
faith in Yahushua.
Stephen, a leader in the early church, told those who were about to murder him, “You stiff-necked people, with
uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are just like your fathers: You always resist the Holy Spirit!” (Acts 7:51). The
apostle Paul made a similar statement to a group of gospel rejecters in Acts 28:23-27.
5) Some people are "christians" or "born again" they
do not feel the need to study the original New Testament, prefering to do as there peers do. The
Christians will not be in the "rapture", why? because they are not blessed by Adonai and give allegence to
J'zeus, they do not obey

Whatever the reasons why people reject Yahushua, their rejection has disastrous eternal
consequences. “There is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” than the name
of Yahushua (Acts 4:12), and those who reject Him, for whatever reason, face an eternity in the “outer
darkness” of hell where there will be “weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 25:30).
Question: "What is Messianic Judaism?"
Answer: Messianic Judaism is the term given to Jewish people who believe
and have accepted Yahushua (the Hebrew name was allocated by Adonai meaning Immanuel)(not
Jesus) of Nazareth as the promised Messiah of the Hebrew Scriptures. These Jewish people do
not stop being Jewish, but they continue to remain strong in their Jewish identity, lifestyle and culture, while
following Yahushua as He is revealed in the Brit Chadashah, the New Covenant. Many Messianic Jews refer to
themselves as “completed Jews” since they believe that their faith in the Adonai of Israel has been “completed” or
fulfilled in Yahushua.
In reality, Messianic Judaism began 2000 years ago. Yahushua, Himself, was an observant
Jew, most of the Apostles and writers of the New Covenant were Jewish, and the vast majority of the early believers
in Yahushua were also Jewish (see Acts chapter 2).The original scrolls were written in Aramaic, not Greek as the
church would have you believe. We will only accept the truth NOT pagan worship or deception.
Traditional Rebbenical Judaism today does not believe that Yahushua is the Jewish Messiah.
Observant Jews are still waiting faithfully in accordance with the Rambam’s (Rebbe Moses Maimonides 1134-1204)
“Thirteen principles of Jewish Faith” which states in Principle 12 “I believe with perfect faith in the coming of
the Messiah. How long it takes, I will await His coming every day.” Most secular Jews do not believe in the
physical coming of a personal Messiah, but some still look forward to a general Messianic concept or Messianic
Age.
Today, it is estimated that there are over 100,000 Messianic Jews in the Unites States
alone, and the numbers worldwide are growing all the time. Messianic Synagogues have also become very popular, and
recent estimates number more than 200 congregations in this country. There are also many Messianic congregations in
Israel and around the world.
Messianic Jews continue to celebrate the Jewish festivals and feast days as prescribed in
the Hebrew Scriptures (i.e. Passover, Day of Atonement, etc.) but they do it in a way that demonstrates how
Yahushua has already fulfilled these Holy Days.
Messianic Jews do not celebrate Christmas or Easter, since neither holiday is mentioned in
the New Covenant. Jews who now follow Yahushua the Messiah understand that everything given in the Old Covenant was
a “mere shadow” of the better things to come in the New.
Question: "I am Jewish, can I become a Messianic?"
Answer: What a wonderful question!
Many years ago I came to believe that Yahushua (Yahushua is the Hebrew way to say His name, the Greek name Jesus is
an invention read more) is truly the Jewish Messiah.
Believing that Yahushua is the Messiah wasn't easy. I had many, many questions, and I
spent months examining the evidences and seeking Adonai's answers. During my journey, I constantly reminded myself
of a very important verse from the Jewish Scriptures (the Tanakh).
The Jewish prophet Jeremiah records the words of Adonai, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all
your heart (Jeremiah 29:13)
|
13 And ye shall seek Me, and find
Me, when ye shall search for Me with all your heart. |
The Jewish Scriptures (The Torah, The Prophets, and The Writings, which make up the Tanakh
or the Jewish Bible) paint a very clear picture of who the Mashiach (Messiah) will be when He eventually comes
to the nation of Israel. In fact, there are over 300 prophecies in the Hebrew Scriptures, which detail many
facts about this coming Messiah/king. Here is just a sampling (and remember, all these verses come from the
Jewish Bible):
Messiah was to be born at Bethlehem: Micah 5:1.
אֶפְרָתָה, צָעִיר לִהְיוֹת בְּאַלְפֵי יְהוּדָה--מִמְּךָ לִי יֵצֵא, לִהְיוֹת מוֹשֵׁל בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל;
1 But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah,
which art little to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall one come forth unto Me
that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth are from of old, from ancient
days. |
Messiah would be from the tribe of Judah: Genesis 49:10
10The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from
between his feet, as long as men come to Shiloh; and unto him shall the obedience of the peoples
be. |
Messiah would present himself by riding on an ass: Zechariah 9:9
|
9
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion, shout, O daughter of Jerusalem;
behold, thy king cometh unto thee, he is triumphant, and victorious, lowly, and riding upon an
ass, even upon a colt the foal of an ass. |
Messiah would be tortured to death: Psalm 22.11-19
| יא עָלֶיךָ, הָשְׁלַכְתִּי מֵרָחֶם;
11 Upon Thee I have been cast from my birth; Thou art my Adonai from
my mother's womb.
|
12 Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to
help.
|
| יג סְבָבוּנִי, פָּרִים רַבִּים;
13 Many bulls have encompassed me; strong bulls of Bashan have beset
me round.
|
| יד פָּצוּ עָלַי פִּיהֶם;
14 They open wide their mouth against me, as a ravening and a roaring
lion.
|
15I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of
joint;{N}
my heart is become like wax; it is melted in mine inmost parts.
|
16 My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to
my throat; and Thou layest me in the dust of death.
|
17 For dogs have encompassed me; a company of evil-doers have inclosed
me; like a lion, they are at my hands and my feet.
|
| יח אֲסַפֵּר כָּל-עַצְמוֹתָי;
18 I may count all my bones; they look and gloat over
me.
|
| יט יְחַלְּקוּ בְגָדַי לָהֶם;
19 They part my garments among them, and for my vesture do they cast
lots. |
Messiah would arrive before the destruction of the Second Temple: Daniel 9:24-27.
|
24 Seventy weeks are decreed upon
thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sin, and to
forgive iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal vision and prophet, and
to anoint the most holy place. |
|

25 Know therefore and discern, that
from the going forth of the word to restore and to build Jerusalem unto one anointed, a prince,
shall be seven weeks; and for threescore and two weeks, it shall be built again, with broad place
and moat, but in troublous times. |
|

26 And after the threescore and two
weeks shall an anointed one be cut off, and be no more; and the people of a prince that shall
come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; but his end shall be with a flood; and unto the
end of the war desolations are determined. |

27 And he shall make a firm
covenant with many for one week; and for half of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the
offering to cease; and upon the wing of detestable things shall be that which causeth appalment;
and that until the extermination wholly determined be poured out upon that which causeth
appalment.' {P} |
Messiah's life would match a particular description, including suffering, silence at his
arrest and trial, death and burial in a rich man's tomb, and resurrection: Isaiah 52:13 & 53:12.
Messianic prophecy is remarkably specific. In detail as to lineage, birthplace, time
and lifestyle, Yahushua matched the Messianic expectations of the Hebrew Scriptures. The record of this fulfillment
is to be found in the pages of the Aramaic New Testament. As you review the more extensive list of Jewish Messianic
prophecies, allow Adonai to speak to your heart and your mind as you seek HIS truth.
The Jewish Scriptures paint two different pictures about the Messiah. For one, they
talk about the Messiah who will come as the avenging King, who will usher in a period of unprecedented peace
on earth, after destroying His enemies.
Many verses talk about the Mashiach who will be a suffering servant, who will suffer and die for the sins of the
people.
For many hundreds of years the Rebbes believed that there would be two Messiahs, the King
Mashiach ben David, and the suffering servant Mashiach ben Joseph. The Rebbes, unfortunately, were not able to see
that one Messiah would accomplish both missions.
Messianic prophecy was indeed fulfilled in the Jewish Messiah. Yahushua came to the "lost
sheep of the House of Israel" 2000 years ago. He came as Isaiah chapter 53 so clearly states, to die and "suffer"
for the sins of the Mankind, He redeemed the Adamic sin by his death, that through Him mankind could re. He came to
the nation of Israel, but was rejected. If the Jews would have accepted His "once for all" (Hebrews 10:10)
atonement for sins, Yahushua would have ushered in the Kingdom of Heaven at that point in history. But the Jews did
not recognize Him.
Even though they had the Word of Adonai in their own Hebrew Scriptures, and more than 300 descriptions of who He
would be when He came, they failed to recognise Him.
As a result, the Good News of Adonai's Kingdom went forth to the Gentile world, and for 2000 years now both Jew and
Gentile have come together in Mashiach, looking forward to His soon return as an avenging I King, just as
the Rebbes have always expected.
Although the nation of Jews rejected Yahushua when He came, Adonai has always, through the
last 2000 years, kept a "remnant" of believing Jews for Himself. I and many thousands of Jews alive today, have
received Yahushua as our Adonai, and Savior, and Mashiach. We have been blessed with "new life" in Him, and we
look forward to eternal life with Him in Adonai's heavenly Kingdom.
This is a lot to digest, but if you are asking this question, it is Adonai’s Spirit (the
Ruach HaKodesh) who has drawn you to this information. I pray that you will continue your examination of the
evidences of who Yahushua really is and His claims to be the Jewish Messiah in fulfillment of Hebrew prophecy.
Remember the words of Yahushua, "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the
door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20).
Perhaps Yahushua, the Jewish Messiah, is standing at the door of your heart right now! Consider Him! Open the door
and allow Him to come into you!

Question: I am a Christian or of another religion how can I become a
Messianic.
Answer: This a wonderful question.
In our experience its necessary to re-progam your brain, by reading the Aramaic Bible and by prayer to
Yahushua.
Scripture states "Repent, Believe in me, and be baptised! "
Repentance:
"Dear Adonia, Blessed is your Holy name. I repent the sins of my youth, and my
transgressions. "Please think of me according to Your
mercy and for Your goodness Oh Adonia."
"Adonia I turn from all of the sins that I committed and I ask for Your help in washing them from the record and
please Adonia remove the memory and thoughts of my sins completely from my mind."
"Please restore me to faithful obedience to Your Word, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit as a comforter and guide,
so that I may keep Your commands all the days of my life." (Based on Psalm
25:7)
Belief
"Adonia, Blessed is your Holy Name. I accept you as the only Adonai, the
Adonai of Abraham, Issac and Yacob. I invite you into my heart now, today, and I ask forgiveness for all of my
sins.
Adonai Yahushua, thank you for dying for my sins and acting as the perfect sacrifice, redeeming the Adamic curse,
by your shed blood at calvery I plead for forgivness of all my sins and transgressions.
I have read all your commands and agree that I will follow them.
Please take away all the sinful "old things" in my heart that defile me, and replace them with the "good
things" that you desire to grow in to my life.
Adonia, Blessed is your Holy Name, Please wash away all the sinful lusts and tendencies toward evil and
replace them with a hunger and thirst for your righteousness.
I need your help, Adonia Adonai, in living this new life in Yahushua Ha Meshiac. Please send your Holy Spirit
afresh into my life to help me, heal me, lead me and transform me.
In Yahushua Ha Meshiac I pray, and for His sake. Amen." (Mark 7:21-23 & 2 Corinthians
5:17)
